Christian Believer Bible Study

Wednesdays, 7 pm |   Beginning September 13th  | Room 157

The Christian Believer Bible Study program focuses on classical teachings of the Christian faith—presenting, explaining, and interpreting them in a way that participants can understand, through the use of words, symbols, and hymns. Over a 30-week period, participants will examine the writings of ancient and modern Christian commentators and view video presentations by leading Bible scholars. Each lesson includes an explanation and commentary on the doctrines being studied, raises questions for reader reflection and written response, and suggests ideas for additional reading and study.

Financial Peace University

Tuesdays, 7pm | Beginning September 12th | Room 133

We all need a plan for our money, and Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University (FPU) provides that plan by teaching Godly ways to handle our money. Through video teaching, class discussions, and interactive small group activities, FPU presents biblical, practical steps to get from where you are to where you have dreamed of being. This nine-week class will show you how to get rid of debt, manage your money, and spend and save wisely!

Childcare registration for this class is separate from class registration.

Disciple I Bible Study

Help with preparing, distributing, and cleaning up the elements for our worship services.

    Scripture Readers

We delight in having congregation members come forward to read aloud a Responsive Psalter reading during our 9:00 am Traditional service.  Readers are always given the scripture in advance and we welcome any and all who wish to help with this special time in service.

Ushers are present at the 9:00 and 10:30 services and have the important duty of welcoming all to our worship space.  They also pass out bulletins, pick up registration booklets, help attendees find seating and perform offertory duties.

    Altar Guild

Since the worship space is a place where people assemble to encounter Christ, our altar guild members keep our worship spaces filled with beauty and simplicity in it's decorations.

They present a variety of music for our traditional 9 am worship service, as well as seasonal & special performances. Rehearsals are every Tuesday from 7:00-9:00 pm in the Worship Center. (Childcare is available upon prior reservation.)

  • Solo Spirits Singles Ministry

The Faith Solo Spirits is a caring and supportive community outreach providing the opportunity for Christian growth, fellowship, and service, while affirming that all single adults are whole individuals and important members of God's Holy Family.  We are integrated into all ministries of the church, rather than simply being relegated only to a "Singles Ministry."  We connect to God, to others, and to the community around us by serving in Outreach, Men's, Women's, Children's, Youth, Music, Fine Arts, and every other ministry of the church. We welcome and value singles--whether you've never been married, or you are separated, divorced, or widowed. We hope that you can connect with the Solo Spirits and we look forward to making you a new friend.
